Our Proposal to Developers

Dominus Homes aims to accumulate between 500-1000 units of high-rise, overhang residential assets from property developers around Klang Valley via issuance of Redeemable Convertible Preference Shares (“RCPS”).

These apartments will be renovated and placed on the rental market, managed via strategic partnership with our operating partners. Meanwhile, Dominus Homes will develop our capabilities to become Malaysia’s premier residential landlord.

Upon critical mass, we aim to pursue a listing on the market market of Bursa Malaysia, at which point our investors will be able secured liquidity for their RCPS.

Post-listing, Dominus Homes will continue our role as a reliable institutional counterparty for residential assets, improving our industry as a whole.
