Dominus Homes is a special-purpose vehicle formed by experts with decades of expirience in commercial property leasing, facilities management & corporate finance.


Our goal is to produce a long-term solution to the problem of overhang residential properties in the Malaysian market - particularly strata apartments within the Klang Valley.

Building on substantial groundwork with various stakeholders including property developers, listing agents, asset managers & government agencies, we believe forming a residential REIT is the right and viable choice for our industry.

We have the right plan, the right people and the right partners to bring this solutoin to reality.

As a special-purpose vehicle, our business model leverages established corporate finance tools to faciliate rapid growth, good governnance & visibile liquidity within the medium term.

Accumulation Phase

During our accumulation, we intend to acquire property assets that fit a defined criteria in return for equity or quasi-equity instruments, mainly RCPS. These properties will be renovated and put on the rental market; facilitated by our operating & commerical partners. Furthermore, Dominus Homes will raise funds from the private markets to grow our organization and expand our capabilities.

Pre-IPO Phase

Upon reaching a critical mass of properties (estimated ~500-1000 units), we plan to convert all quasi-equity instruments into ordinary shares and prepare for a listing on Bursa Malaysia. Our goal is produce an attractive and visible liquidity event for our investors and partners within 5-6 years.

Post-IPO Phase

Post-IPO, Dominus Homes will be a full-fledged residential REIT; akin to many successful comparables in develop markets. With substantial scale and access to the bond market, we will be able to scale-up our operations throughout Malaysia.
